The Arab Union of Arab Creators, Arab Media and Arab League Representative Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Muslim bin Ham Al Ameri, Deputy Secretary-General of IIMSAM UNITED NATION, selected the Arab Cultural Personality in 2019 for his pioneering role in the service of culture and knowledge at the UAE, This title is given to influential figures at the Arab level with a distinctive footprint through a committee authorized to do so and composed by the elite professors of media and culture in the Arab world, headed by former Minister of Information Dr. Sami Al-Sharif The honor was attended by Dr. Ahmed Noor, President of the Federation of Arab Media and Arab Creators, and the representative of the League of Arab States, Samar Faeq Badir, Dr. Ahmed Noor said that this choice came after a continuous effort by the committee to select influential figures at the Arab level with a distinctive footprint The President of the Union of Arab Creators added that this choice was the culmination of the efforts of Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Bin Muslim bin Ham Al Ameri and his pioneering role which enriched the cultural and social life of the UAE and Arab countries Through his cultural and social institutions and his cultural and national writings, which were reflected in the book of the United Arab Emirates Good Governance and Shura in the UAE and the book of the Emirates the way to excellence, in addition to its leading role in the service of culture and knowledge at the international level  

It is worth mentioning that the UAE has received a number of these awards previously. This honor was received in 2015 by HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah and member of the Supreme Council of the Union, as the best cultural figure in the Arab world. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, Minister of Culture and Community Development at that time, as the best cultural figure. And was received last year by His Excellency Hussein Al Hammadi, Minister of Education in the UAE The Union has followed this tradition since 2004, with many Arabic characters selected as the best national and cultural figures
