Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Musallem Salem Bin Ham Al-Ameri
Former Deputy Secretary-General of IIMSAM, Deputy Chairman of the Bin Hamm Group, President of the Foundation of Studies and Research, Former Member of the Federal National Council, Member of Al Ain Municipal Council, and the founder of (Aounak Ya Watan) volunteer team.

Family Early Life and Education 

Born in the city of Al Ain.

Dr. Sheikh Mohammed holds a master’s degree from the University of Grand Canyon.

In 2005 he cast his attention and focus on business world becoming a Vice Chairman of the “Bin Ham Group” Which is one of the leading national economic groups in UAE

In 2008 Sheikh Mohammed gained his PHD degree from the University of Kent British.

In 2011 Sheikh Mohammed was elected to be a member of the Federal National Council.

In 2012 was chosen to be one of the founding members of the association “All of us UAE”.

Al Ameri family was known of their deep interest of politics and economic.

his father Sheikh Salem bin Ham Al Ameri, one of the prominent figures who contributed to the renaissance of the country’s economy before and after the Emirates Union, participated in many developmental projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. His grandfather Sheikh Salem bin Ham, may Allah have mercy on him, One of the first who stand beside the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may God rest his soul), the founder of the country during his rule for the city of Al Ain and then taking over the rule of Abu Dhabi and during the negotiations between the seven Emirates to reach the Union, accompanied by Salem bin Ham Sheikh Zayed since his youth, he has witnessed the harshness of the past and the greatness of the present. In both periods of time, Sheikh Salem has gained a fundamental foundation in his personal development and life experience. He has also contributed to the development of the structures of the Abu Dhabi security authorities, which has earned him great respect and appreciation from the late founder Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Musallam Salem Bin Ham Al Ameri benefited from his father’s since he was closely to him. In the period which had witnessed a lot of economic and social changes in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi Sheikh Dr. Mohammed was acquainted with the arts of dialogue and management. He was often accompanied in his visit to the tribal councils in Al Ain , Which helped him to perform the tasks assigned to him after finishing his education.

His Excellency carries on the work of his father, Sheikh Musallem Bin Salim bin Ham Al Ameri, and his grandfather Sheikh Salim bin Ham (may God have mercy on him), who stood by the late H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, during the formation of the UAE.

Federal National Council:

As a former member of the Federal National Council, His Excellency fought in reforming and developing the areas of youth, health and education in the UAE

IIMSAM:

As the Deputy Secretary General of IIMSAM, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Bin Ham Al Ameri plays an integral part of supporting the Office of the Secretary General and several activities in the UAE under the under the care of IIMASAM.

His remarkable efforts have helped further IIMSAM’s fight against malnutrition, not just in the Arab world, but globally as well. In Kenya, for instance, his strong support furthered the impact of the Sheikh Zayed Centre for Free Distribution of Spirulina, since its establishment in 2009.

The Secretary-General of IIMSAM, Ambassador Reemigio Maradona, said: “Sheikh Dr. Ibn Ham will be a great addition to supporting the institutional development and achieving the humanitarian goals. He is a scientifically qualified and qualified figure.

H.E. Sheikh Dr. Bin Ham Al Ameri Books:

Sheikh Mohammad published two books, one titled, “United Arab Emirates – Wise Governance” (2012) and the other “The Shura in the UAE”, published 2015, which is an analytical representation of the Emirati experience of commitment to Shura, as an approach to governance and also a way of life since ancient times.
